Everything you need to know about delivery
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be collected upon delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation email.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:
- Package shows as delivered but not received
- Package is damaged upon arrival
- Items are missing from your order
- Incorrect items received
- Package has been in transit for longer than expected
