RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact Us
Email us at contact@xlotsociety.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
Ship Your Return
Pack items securely and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
REFUND INFORMATION
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error)
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible, especially for popular items that may sell out.
